1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Music Video Pipeline Manager application (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is a private, internal desktop workflow automation tool designed for content creators to manage video rendering pipelines and publish original multimedia content to authorized social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
3. Use of Third-Party APIs (TikTok)
The Application integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API / Direct Post API. By connecting your TikTok account to the Application, you agree that:
- You are authorized to manage and publish content to the connected TikTok account.
- All content uploaded complies with TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok Terms of Service.
- The Application only accesses permissions (
user.info.basic,video.upload,video.publish) necessary to perform the requested video publishing operations.
4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
- Content Rights: You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the videos, audio tracks, images, and captions processed and uploaded through the Application.
- Appropriate Content: You agree not to upload any content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or any third-party legal rights, or violates applicable laws and platform rules.
- Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your own API credentials, Client Keys, and Client Secrets.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to uptime, API availability, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of the Application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application or third-party APIs.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected in this document with an updated effective date.
